Keystone HELP offers special rates and programs, not typically available, to encourage Pennsylvania homoeowners to make energy efficient and renewable improvements to their homes.
- Unsecured Loans are 8.99% Fixed Rate for Terms of up to 10 Years
- Secured Home Equity Loans (1st, 2nd or 3rd lien) up to 120% of your home's value are Fixed Rate and range from 6.375% to 8.875% for terms of up to 20 Years. Rate is determined by loan to value and term.
